Visited the store with my wife to by a new shoulder bag, was served by a very helpful gentlemen. Sadly the bag was too small so we went downstairs to look at shoes as my wife's Louboutins has some wear and she wanted to look nice for the Yacht show. As soon as we got down stairs a member of staff started following us round the store. I said hello but she just kept saying thank you and gesturing us to the leave. I have one many luxury stores and I know that, that is a code to the rest of the staff that A- you think we are going to steel something or B- you don't think we can afford anything. I was appalled by the service and we were very embarrassed as everyone in the store started looking as us. I do not expect this from your brand.
Acquistata una borsa in pelle, un marsupio con cintura per l'esattezza. Richiesto di fare dei buchi aggiuntivi sulla cintura, in quanto la misura non era precisa, ma non hanno attrezzature per farla!!
La commessa, senza scomporsi, ed anche un po' scostante, ci ha consigliato qualcuno in città dove farli... ma come è possibile che Gucci (Gucci!!!) non abbia una semplice attrezzo così necessario per la vendita di cinture??? In negozi di marca di prestigio (concorrenti) non mi è mai capitata una cosa del genere, mi hanno velocemente aggiunto buchi alla cintura. Da Gucci a Monte Carlo: servizio zero.
